Refund Policy

We want every PeonyKoi reader to feel that the reading honors them. If a reading or subscription falls short, we offer the following refunds.

1. Pro Subscription ($9.99/month)

  • You may cancel at any time from your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and have generated fewer than 3 full readings, we will refund that charge in full upon request.
  • Renewals are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (e.g. EU consumer protection rules).

2. Lifetime Blueprint ($49 one-time)

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the Blueprint PDF has not been downloaded.
  • Once you have downloaded the Blueprint, the purchase is non-refundable, since the digital good has been delivered.

3. Free Tier

The Free tier is, well, free — no charge, no refund needed.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@peonykoi.com. We typically respond within 24 hours and resolve refund requests faster than your card issuer can. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

5. EU / UK Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital subscriptions. Note that by starting to use the Pro tier (generating a paid reading) you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m). Where the right of withdrawal is preserved, simply email us within 14 days.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@peonykoi.com from the address you purchased with. Include the order ID (in your receipt) and a one-line note. We will respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
